Return & Refund Information
First, if you are considering a return or refund it is likely that you have purchased one of our products. So a "thank you!" is in order. We promise we will do our best to deliver the highest quality products possible and we apologize for any hiccups on our part that you may have experienced, We will work hard to right any of our mistakes, but we have a few things that we would like you to know
- You have 15 calendar days to return an item after you have received it. Go ahead - give our products a go and see how you like them.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs on any return not due to an incorrect or damaged item. However, if the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods we will happily pay the return shipping costs and a full refund will be processed. If you notice anything wrong or damaged with one of our products, please contact us and let’s see what we can do!
- To complete a return: Please send the items in the original packaging. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Wildwood Towers is not responsible for lost shipments.

- Please allow 7 to 10 business days after the item is received for us to verify and process your return. Once verified the original price of the item plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
- Once the item is received and verified, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. We are glad that you still want to use our products and we are so sorry for the inconvenience that you incurred.
